The FANHS Sacramento-Delta Chapter visited the FANHS Museum located in downtown Stockton, California. The FANHS Museum showcases the contributions that Filipinos have made to the United States. Their first recorded landing in 1597 in Morro Bay, California, begins a long legacy in this country.
The City of Stockton was chosen as the site the Filipino-American National Historical Society Museum (aka FANHS Museum) in 1994 because of Stockton's significance in Filipino-American history from the 1920s to the 1960s.
